The story

A taste of home in Esch

“I wanted people here to taste the food I grew up with.”

e.a.t. — East African Taste — was opened by Ahmed Saleh, who came to Luxembourg from Eritrea. He brings the flavours of home — berbere, zigny, slow-roasted agashe meats, injera and Eritrean coffee — to Avenue de la Gare, served next to a warm, casual menu of burgers, pasta and salads so there is something for everyone at the table.
